| Barrett Homes (Mercia) £220k |
On a design & build basis, we recently completed the design, space planning and ultimately the fit-out for Barrett Homes regional head office at Meriden near Coventry.
The project comprised installation of high quality glazed partitioning to create directors offices and a boardroom facility linked to the financial department and general administration areas.
In addition, the scope of works included modification to the mechanical and electrical services, incorporating reconfiguration of CAT 2 lighting and under-floor power & data installation. |
