| ING Real Estate Cardiff £3.5 Million |
We are currently mid-way through a multi-million pound refurbishment project for ING Real Estate in Cardiff.
The building in the centre of Cardiff has five floors and several wings per floor. Sandell Interiors are contracted to undertake the refurbishment of all public areas, including the toilets and reception area with large bespoke reception counter.
We are also currently refurbishing two of the office floors on a phased basis, which includes full mechanical and electrical services, new ceilings, flooring and decoration.
Externally we have erected new security fencing with barriers to the staff car park area and project managed the groundworks and subsequent landscaping to the main entrance, ensuring that the building is DDA compliant. |
