From the M1 southbound (J21 at Leicester), take the third exit at the roundabout at the end of the slip road, onto the M69.
At the end of the M69, head straight on towards Warwick and Coventry, A46.
At Walsgrave roundabout, take first exit, A46 (Coventry East and South).
At Binley roundabout, take second exit, A46 (Coventry West and South).
At Tollbar End roundabout, take first exit onto A45 (London).
After just 0.2 miles, filter left onto flyover towards Southam A423, and the end of the slip road take the second exit from the roundabout.
At the roundabout with the A445, take the second exit towards Banbury A423.
Heading down the dip in the road, turn right onto B4453 towards Leamington, Weston, and Princethorpe College.
After Princethorpe College, take the first right exit onto Burnthurst Lane.
Turn left into Sandell Interiors.
